You must meet the following requirements to qualify for the utility voucher:

- Must have been a disciple of UMBC for at least twelve (12) months
- Must have contributed financially, a minimum of $101 between
   January 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025
- Must present a current or previous month's utility bill

Limited one (1) voucher per household/address
The deadline to complete registration is Monday, October 13th at 2pm
